HPCareers is now recruiting for a talented Front End Web Developer to join a busy development team within a highly established, respected and successful Digital Creative Agency.
Working on the UI build of some major National and Global web applications (both public and private sector). We are seeking a passionate individual who is keen to progress within their career as a Front End Developer.
- Core front end technologies
- Proven experience in developing accessible, standards compliant and responsive user interfaces
- Experience of content management systems (CMS), must know the core concepts of CMS implementation techniques with the ability to build bespoke, efficient, modular components and templates.
- Working closely with CMS and .Net developers ensuring that front end code is optimised and efficiently implemented into CMS software and server side web applications.
- Working as part of a successful Agile delivery team
- Contribute to delivery practices and effectively communicate with team members of all disciplines.
- Work in partnership with UX and Digital Designers
- Must be proficient with Adobe CS software
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience of developing front end code in a commercial setting including HTML5 / CSS3 / JS to the latest W3C standards.
- Understand and implement WCAG accessibility guidelines, mobile first and efficient responsive layouts.
