HPCareers are now recruiting for a Junior Digital Project Manager to work for a highly reputable content & creative agency in Leeds.

We are seeking a talented individual who is passionate about clients and delivering results through digital.  Through analysing our current design structure, researching our market & applying industry standards in order to identify our end user, you will be instrumental in achieving maximum exposure for our brands.

Working in a creative and energetic company within a user-centric design team, you will influence all cross functional teams throughout the UK group by delivering multi-discipline design by applying a basic understanding of UX/UI principles and the execution of creative briefs.

As Brand Ambassador you will be focused on our brand guidelines.  This is an opportunity for an ambitious Creative Digital Designer to make a huge impression in a successful digital agency.

Main duties:

  • Working under the direction of the lead designer in order to ensure efficiency of work and cohesion of Internal Brand and Marketing
  • Application where appropriate of design theory and practice, including but not limited to enhancing and developing our brand’s visual identity and the employment of UI/UX techniques.
  • Working effectively and pro-actively to deliver great design work including, desktop, mobile, tablet, responsive, websites and marketing.
  • A strong understanding of print design.
  • Interpretation of internal client requirements and analysing of project briefs in order to provide timescales and deliverables for project completion.
  • Supporting the Marketing team to deliver digital and print work aligned to Brand guidelines.
  • Continuous improvement of project process and design skills.
  • Presenting artwork to internal clients and colleagues.
  • Continually enhance and develop design skills and introduce new techniques and tools to the design team.

Essential Technical Skills

  • Enterprise CMS environment
  • Digital knowledge including an informed background in responsive design.
  • Adobe Creative Suite. (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat.)
  • Prototyping tools (Invision)
  • An understanding of Adobe After Effects
  • A design related degree
  • An understanding of print work and artworking for print
  • Knowledge of UX Design practices
  • Passion for ideas and creativity
