Export Customer Services Administrator

Export Customer Services Administrator, this role will involve you working within their busy Export department and is very much customer service focused dealing with export administration duties.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily contact with export customers
  • Deal with order queries and follow up calls
  • Respond to all sales and technical enquiries
  • Quotations and pro-forma invoices
  • Entering sales orders onto the system, handling queries and anomalies regarding sales orders
  • Liaise with shipping department to ensure items are dispatched in a cost effective manner
  • Liaise with accounts department regarding customer account queries
  • Prioritisation of export orders
  • Letters of credits
  • Liaise with management regarding production capacity and delivery times expediting overdue items
  • Set up new part numbers and configurations of products
  • Report and respond to customer complaints
  • Adhere to all regulations, policies and procedure at all times
  • Maintain and regularly update export procedures, regulations and documentation requirements
