German Speaking International Customer Service Advisor
Role Purpose
To support UK and overseas business customers in their order requirements. To assist customers in a manner that ensures a world class customer experience. This role is to ultimately develop into a a supervisory based role and therefore would suit an individual who would eventually be interested in management.
Responsibilities
- Speaking with UK and overseas business customers regarding product requirements
- Specifically working on the German speaking markets
- Gathering information from customers to ensure the best solution and product is sourced
- Defining to each business customer the manufacturing process and lead time and committing to SLA’s
- Undertaking rigorous daily order management to ensure smooth processing to meet committed deadlines for each customer
- Constantly updating each customer on progress to achieve the 100% customer service satisfaction
- Developing excellent relationships with all customers, gathering as much information about their business in-order to improve experience and Identify the key satisfaction drivers for your customers
- Develop productive internal relationships within your team, internal departments, Field Sales, Management, Designers and Directors.
- Focus on developing a strong product knowledge to be able to engage more with customers as well as designers
- Using a variety of IT systems including MS office, word, excel, outlook, internet, bespoke databases etc.
Skills Required
- Languages of value are: English & German - essential
- Professional customer service career history
- Educated to degree level
- Strong IT skills
Terms
- Full time hours, Monday to Friday
- Salary £21,000pa, increasing with progression.
